Malu Reformer Sculpt

A dynamic full-body reformer class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the entire body. This class flows through core, arms, legs, and glutes while improving posture, balance, and control. Perfect for all levels — whether you’re new to the reformer or an experienced practitioner. Expect a rhythmic, energizing session that leaves you feeling tall and powerful.
Malu Strength Reformer

A stronger reformer class designed to challenge endurance and strength. Expect slower resistance work, longer holds, and deeper muscle activation. This class is for those who want to push past plateaus, build serious stability, and explore the edge of their control. Prepare to feel deeply connected to every muscle fiber.
Malu Mat Flow
mat • core + mobility
A dynamic mat-based Pilates class designed to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and build full-body control. This class combines slow, controlled core exercises with flowing sequences that connect breath and movement. Expect a balanced workout that challenges your stability, posture, and flexibility while leaving you feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or intensify movements.
Malu Mat Foundation
mat • beginner friendly
A beginner-friendly class that introduces the fundamentals of Pilates, including breathing, alignment, and core engagement. Here you’ll build confidence and body awareness in a supportive, unhurried environment. Perfect if you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break — no experience needed.
Malu Sculpt Mat
mat • toning + equipment
A strengthening mat Pilates class designed to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes, and core. Light equipment such as bands, balls, or light weights may be used to add resistance and variety. This class adds a playful yet challenging element to traditional mat work, helping you carve definition while keeping the Pilates principles of control and breath.
Classes Difficulty
01. Beginner Class
Beginner classes cater to the absolute beginner. This level is ideal for new students to build their knowledge of the basic principles of Pilates, while also giving them the opportunity to build up their coordination and strength.

02. Intermediate Class
Our Intermediate level classes are designed to further challenge the coordination and strength of students through variations of the classic Pilates movements. These energetic, fast paced classes include some modifications for more advanced exercises, but students are encouraged to challenge themselves.

03. Advanced Class
Advanced class levels are high intensity Pilates classes. This level is only recommended for students who have already been taking the intermediate classes and have been assessed, approved, and promoted to this level by our instructors. Due to the intensity of the movement and quick transitions between movements a certain level of coordination and strength is required from each student to ensure safety.
