Maya is a passionate Pilates trainer at Malu Pilates, dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies through mindful movement. Having completed her Pilates training in Australia, Maya brings an international approach to teaching, combining strong technical knowledge with a warm and supportive style.

Her classes focus on alignment, controlled movement, and creating an uplifting environment where clients of all levels feel comfortable and empowered. Maya believes Pilates is not only about physical strength, but also about balance, wellbeing, and feeling your best both inside and out.
